• Is your online store secure?

  Yes. All personal and credit card information is relayed to us using Secure Socket Layers (SSL). Although size and product information is passed to us in unsecure mode all personal and credit card data submitted via the checkout form is encrypted using SSL. The encryption features of browser software are exceptionally powerful and ensure the security of this data as it is transmitted to our server.

• What if I don't want to send my information over the internet, can I still order?

  Sure. You have the option of printing out your order form and faxing it to us at +1.914.372.1502 or calling us at +1.800.603.7508.

• What payment options do I have?

  You can pay by credit card using Visa, Master Card or American Express. You can also use a Gift Card if you have received one. Gift cards may only be used for online purchases but not in retail stores carrying Green Babies.

• I was given a gift card; how do I use it?

  You should specify Gift Card as a payment option and enter the Gift Card number in the space provided at checkout. Your purchase amount should be equal or greater than the gift card value. If your purchase amount is greater than the value of the gift card your credit card will be charged for the difference.
